Exposed ceiling tee grids consists of 24mm/15mm main tee and cross tee and wall angle with excellent carrying capacity, stability and design flexibility. SINOCEILING ceiling tee grids were manufactured from galvanized steel, it have good performance installed with acoustic ceiling tiles like mineral fiber tile, lay-in metal ceiling tile, pvc ceiling tile etc. ceiling tee grids has many different designs to match different application.

Installation Steps

1 Mark the wall: Using the water level or laser method, mark the desired height on the wall.

2. Attach the L or W wall angle: Using screws and nails, fix the wall angle on the walls at the marked height.

3. Complete the grid: Mark the required distance intervals then proceed to fix the suspension system using the Main and Cross Tee according to the approved layout.

4. Attach the Wires: Fix the suspension system with 3mm or 4mm wires using ceiling clips and cartridges or wedge anchor.

5. Install the tiles Lay in the 595mm x 595mm tiles in the correct pattern.

6. Cut the tiles (if necessary): Cut apertures for lights and other services where required.
